We hired Rocky Mountain BBQ Catering to cater our grand opening. They served burgers and sausages along with their own homemade beans and slaw. The food was delicious, the BBQ equipment was modern and clean and the servers were friendly and attentive. The BBQ rig is very impressive, it’s constructed of shiny checker-plate metal, has speakers built in and a big grill that can handle a large crowd.
